The caravan was well kept and clean. the location was quiet and had beautiful views over the fields. the dog walk and exercise area was great, with a safe walk to the beach. It was perfect for a weekend getaway with my dog. the bowl of peonies on arrival was a lovely touch.
We had issues with the key code not coming through on my phone and the reception staff were not helpful. the kitchen lacked saucepans and a frying pan, making it difficult to cook a proper meal.

I always choose this place for my stay and have no regrets. The staff helped me return my forgotten belongings on my first stay. It suits me perfectly with free parking, a flat-screen TV, a restaurant and a children's play area. Coming back for the weekend!

During my recent trip to Sutton-on-Sea, I had the opportunity to stay at 6 Berth Trusthorpe Springs. Although my stay was only for transit purposes, I must say that the hotel's location was extremely convenient. The nearest airport was just 45 km away, making it easily accessible for travelers like myself. This was a major plus as it saved me valuable time and ensured a smooth journey to catch my connecting flight.
The customer service could use some improvement.

I had a great experience at this hotel. Communication before my stay was excellent, and I received all the necessary information in a timely manner. The staff was prompt in addressing my queries, which made me feel well taken care of. The outdoor pool was a pleasant surprise as it was not only heated but also maintained at a comfortable temperature of 24C, even warmer than the outside air. This was perfect for my children to enjoy a swim. The hotel itself was large and spacious, situated in a peaceful location surrounded by beautiful fields. The beds were comfortable, the quilts clean, and there was an ample supply of hot water. I also appreciated the secure decking with a gate, which made it convenient to bring my dog. The clubhouse was decent, and the whole site had a friendly atmosphere.
Nothing, it is perfect.

During my recent stay at 6 Berth Trusthorpe Springs, I was pleasantly surprised by the efficient and prompt customer service. All relevant information and details were sent to me in advance, making check-in a breeze. The highlight of our stay was definitely the heated outdoor pool, which was a wonderful swim for the kids, even warmer than the outside temperature. The caravan itself was clean, tidy, and well-kept, providing a comfortable and relaxing accommodation option. I also appreciated the helpfulness of the lady next door, who went out of her way to assist us.
While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of drawbacks. Upon arrival, we faced some difficulty with the door locks, but with some effort, we managed to gain access to the caravan.

We absolutely loved our stay at Trusthorpe Springs! The caravan was in fantastic condition, very clean, and well-maintained. The location was peaceful, with beautiful fields at the back where we could take leisurely walks. The caravan itself was spacious and comfortable, with a deck that provided stunning sunset views. The club house was a great facility, and we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious Sunday carvery and the heated outdoor pool. The staff and residents were friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. All the necessary information was communicated to us in advance, and any queries we had were promptly addressed. One of the highlights was the surprise of finding a lovely bowl of peonies upon our arrival, which added a warm and welcoming touch to our stay.
Felt like a relaxing home away from home, no complaints.
